Thread: What are circuit breakers?

I heard about electronic circuit breakers but exactly don't know about its functionality. If anybody knows about it please share your knowledge.

It works with a transmitter-receiver system. Transmitter is plugged into the outlet where we want to traceback to the electrical service panel and at electrical service panel a receiver is paired with the transmitter. The receiver will rapidly blink when it will be placed over the circuit.
